Impact & Measurement
This page sets out our measurement framework and programme targets — not yet-achieved results. Figures are tracked and verified as programmes mature.
Evidence-based decision making is one of our six core values, and it is operationalised through our Research, Monitoring & Evaluation function. Every programme is designed with a baseline study, a theory of change, and a set of indicators tracked from day one.
Real-time dashboards give programme and pillar leads live visibility into indicator performance, while periodic independent evaluations — conducted by external reviewers — test whether reported progress reflects real change on the ground. Together, these mechanisms are what allow adaptive management: programmes are adjusted mid-implementation when the evidence calls for it, not only at the end of a funding cycle.
